Lynn Design is a web design and development studio run by Ryan Lynn, working remotely with clients anywhere. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit lynn-design.com, fill out a form, or become a client — and how it's used.

Information we collect

• Details you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, business name, and project details when you use the inquiry form, the project-start form, the chat assistant, or when you email or call us.
• Payment information — the $50/month Monthly Website Plan is billed through PayPal Subscriptions. We never see or store your card or bank numbers; PayPal shares only your name, email, and subscription status with us.
• Basic technical data — standard, non-identifying information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site fast and secure.

How we use your information

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a project proposal.
• To deliver the work you hire us for, including the Monthly Website Plan (hosting, updates, backups, and support).
• To send service-related messages about your project or plan.
• To improve the website and our services.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent. Personability is a core policy of this business — your information is handled directly by the person doing your work, not passed around.

Third-party services

A small number of trusted providers help run the business: PayPal for subscription billing, plus standard hosting and email providers that operate the site. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Data retention & security

Project records are kept only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting obligations, and reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect the information held.

Your rights
