1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of lynn-design.com and any services you purchase from Lynn Design, a web design and development studio run by Ryan Lynn ("we", "us"). By using the site or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Lynn Design provides custom website design, hand-coded development, and ongoing care. The scope, timeline, and price of each project are agreed in writing (by email or proposal) before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may need a separate quote.

3. Monthly Website Plan

• The Monthly Website Plan is billed at $50 per month through PayPal Subscriptions.
• It includes hosting, SSL and domain management, monthly content and design updates, security monitoring and backups, and priority email support.
• There are no contracts. You can cancel anytime from your PayPal account; service continues until the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made.
• "Monthly updates" means reasonable content and design changes requested during the month — not full redesigns or new feature builds, which are quoted separately.

4. Payments & refunds

Project payments are due as agreed in your proposal. Subscription payments are handled by PayPal and are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged. If a payment fails, services may be paused until it's resolved.

5. Working together

Personability is a core policy of this studio: you deal directly with the person doing your work, in plain language. In return, you agree to provide accurate content, timely feedback, and any materials needed for your project, and to confirm you have the rights to any text, images, or logos you supply.

6. Intellectual property

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final delivered website and its custom design. We may display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party assets (fonts, libraries, stock media) remain under their own licenses.

7. Warranties & liability

Sites are built and maintained with professional care, but the website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynn Design is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one; continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept them.
